TRS White Pepper Powder 100g

White pepper is fully ripe peppercorns that have been peeled and deshelled. To produce white peppercorns, ripe red peppercorns are soaked in running water for eight to fourteen days, allowing the skin to rot away. They are then mechanically peeled, dried, and partially bleached in the sun. The rather lengthy soaking process, often in contaminated watercourses, can be shortened by treatment with pectinases.
