Groserio focuses on daily-use grocery essentials, including fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, flour, lentils, and Indian snacks. We do not sell perishable items beyond Vienna or export products internationally.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase products under these Terms.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Groserio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, address outside our delivery area, or suspected misuse).
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless explicitly approved by Groserio.
All purchases are for personal household use only, not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable Austrian taxes unless stated otherwise.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — no online payment methods are processed through this site at present.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any discounts or promotional offers are time-limited and may end without notice.
You agree to pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of future deliveries or account suspension.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Groserio currently delivers only within Vienna city limits.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, location, and product availability.
Estimated delivery slots are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, courier delays).
Once products are delivered and accepted, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
If you are not available to receive your order at the confirmed delivery address, our driver may attempt one redelivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

All content on this website — including the Groserio name, logo, images, text, and design — is the property of Groserio or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
