We offer a wide range of groceries, including flours, rice, lentils, spices, snacks, sweets, oils, sauces, pickles, dairy, beverages, and ready-to-eat meals.

3. Where is Groserio located?

We are based in Vienna, Austria, at Auhofstraße 166, Wien, 1130. All our deliveries are within Vienna city limits.

5. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Currently, we do not accept bulk or wholesale orders. Our focus is on serving individual customers within Vienna.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you deliver across Vienna?

Yes! We deliver to all corners of Vienna using our in-house delivery system.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes another 24 hours.

3. Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No minimum order is required. However, orders above €20 qualify for free delivery.

4. Can I track my order?

Currently, we do not provide live tracking. Our team will notify you once your order is out for delivery.

5. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Please provide a safe delivery location or instructions while placing your order. If delivery fails, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

2. Are there any extra charges for COD?

No, COD orders do not have additional charges. However, COD orders require verification via phone before we dispatch your order.

3. Can I pay online using card or UPI?

Currently, we do not accept online payments. All purchases are COD only.

Returns & Replacements

1. Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns except in cases of damaged, torn, or expired products.

2. How can I request a replacement?

If your product is defective, damaged, or expired, contact us immediately via email or phone. We will replace the product as per our policy.

3. Are exchanges allowed?

No, exchanges are not allowed. Only replacement of defective products is possible.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately by phone to cancel.

5. How long does it take to process a replacement?

Once your request is verified, we aim to replace the product as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours.
