Open a packet, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with cucumber and raita or plain yoghurt.

Preparation in a saucepan: Place the unopened sachet in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the bag, cut open and serve.
Preparation in the microwave: Place the contents of the sachet in a microwave-safe container and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.

Storage
Store in a clean, cool and dry place. Do not use if inner bag is leaking or bloated.
